A few months back you threatened not to post the new beat battle until more people started posting in the forums. Instead of doing that, you should take some ideas from www.acapellas4u.co.uk/
On that site, before you can download any acapellas, you have to have a certain number of posts and be an active member for 10 days. It's kind of a pain in the ass but it got me making a few posts on their forum boards. If you had to be an active member for 10 days with at least 10 posts before you could download the kit, I bet this board would become active in no time.
