dre. also added his own instruments in there too that that sample didn't show so he used the sample ass his main base for the track and did other things to it so it didn't sound too repetitive but i never knew that was a sampled beat so good look on this post

Dre uses crazy loops. like 'nuthin but g thang'...he took the whole intro to this song, I can't remember dudes name...my boy played it for me...It's ALL there, drums & everything...I mean, obviously he added some louder drums to make it hit, but it's a long ass loop, nothing rearranged. But yeah, I didn't think than was a sample...'Whats the difference' is my ringtone right now, lol.

while there are people that sample better than dre like premo, 9th, and jay dilla(r.i.p.)... where dre excels is his ear for where to go from there.....listen to hi tek and alchemist before they started f**king with dre, and listen to them now... he's great at adding synth and bass to his samples and not overdoing it with his drums at times....he also adds a reverb like nobody else in the game right now.......as simplistic as he can get at times, he's that dude fo sho............every track don't demand a great deal of work done to it , and as a matter of fact i'll give you two examples...the 'who shot yah' track biggie rapped on, and the ' i shot yah' track LL rapped on.....melodic piano samples and old school boom boom bap....Dre is great at knowing when to not over do it.......

u know what though.....on the subject of flipping samples, i think 9th wonder is leaps and bounds ahead of kanye in terms of the end product of the actual sample itself......
