Hey there,
I came across a pretty sucky problem the other night. When attempting to load a program of sounds from a ZIP disk (on external drive), the program stopped loading halfway and indicated a SCSI READ ERROR. I turned it off and tried again, same thing! I'm guessing it's the ZIP disk that's the problem....it's one of my older disks, and all of my new ones load just fine. It has a ton of really good songs on it. Anyone found a way to salvage data from a crappy disk?
