Was up peolpe..I have been making beats for a little over a year now.i been useing FL Studio
but i want to be more hands on so i am thinking of getting a mpc.i have the money to get one or the other.which mpc is better or dose it matter?

i've had both and would recommend the 1000 with max memory for a couple of reasons, mainly the usb port. The flash card is also better in comparison to the disk drive that will be in older 2kxl's. Not to mention you start with more outputs on the 1000. To get additional outs on a 2kxl, you need the upgrade, otherwise you are limited to just the two.. If you get the 2kxl though, get one with a card reader instead of a floppy disk drive, max memory and additional outs..

The 1000 has WAY more features and a way faster processer.
