does anybody know, if i can use a normal laptop hard drive caddy for the mpc 1000, or do you really have to get that 30$ piece from akai? i cant get a good look at the part that connects from the caddy to the machine, i damn sure dont want to spend 30 bucks on that little piece of metal if i dont have to.
