if there is a plug in vsti/directx or some program i can rewire into fruity loops so I don't have to software hop when im chopping up my samples? I dont like the beat creator X or the wave editor in fl i'm going for something like an adobe audition feel and look....
any instights will be appreciated.....

think you'd need to try something like Kontakt. . . Are you after a bigger graphic interface? Don't know if WaveLab can be ReWired. . . but that could be an option.
I think you'll have difficulty finding a dedicated VST for chopping samples, although there is one called "Sample Robot/SampleRobot" I think. But it is more for organising samples and automating the process of making large multisamples I think. I haven't used it.
You will probably need to use an external wave editor like Soundforge or WaveLab, as a VST of that complexity and size would probably not run. . .
Sorry to be of no help. Good Luck. Boog
